****VERY IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO BID****
Should you determine that you are not able to adhere to all the terms and conditions, DO NOT BID! Once you bid, you will be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

Bidding will be US DOLLARS PER HEAD (X times the number of animals in the lot), and the buyer may take from x head to all in the lot (minimum number of animals is listed in each lot or if a lot is all to go, it will be noted). All animals are to be paid for in guaranteed funds before load out. The payment method will be a wire transfer of funds to Whisper Ridge Buffalo Co. Payment in full must be made within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction, no later than the end of business day on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Successful bidders will be notified at the conclusion of the auction via email with payment instructions and an invoice. The buyer must notify the auction company if the physical receiving address is different from your bidder registration address. This is to ensure that health paperwork is valid. All animals are to be paid for in guaranteed funds before load out.

All animals must be removed by Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Cows and heifers can only be loaded between Monday November 13 and Wednesday November 15, 2023. Animals left beyond this date will incur a $20 per head per day fee until removed. Buyer must provide bank receipt of wire transfer prior to loadout. Ownership and complete responsibility of the sold animals transfer to the buyer upon the (1) payment by the buyer and (2) loading of animals on the buyer's trailer.
