We currently offer three types of auctions for the bison community and are always open to suggestions from potential and current clients.

Live Auction:

Quality Auction Services will supply an auctioneer to call bids and expound on the attributes of the animals in the sale ring. Our auctioneers are well versed in the bison industry and have conducted bison auctions for the past 28 years. No other company has the knowledge or expertise that we possess.

The fee for conducting the Live Auction is an agreed-upon percentage of the final bid on all animals offered for sale. There may be a minimum fee to cover the expense of travel and lodging for an auctioneer and other personnel.

 Simulcast Auction:

This auction is conducted with in-person and online bidders bidding on animals simultaneously using lots with photos and videos. Our company supplies all the necessary equipment to perform this auction, with the customer ensuring a location with adequate internet connections viable enough to support the auction.

Our company will take pictures for an online auction catalog or provide a live feed if the animals are put through an auction ring. Photos and videos will need to be taken in one location, or mileage will be charged to visit multiple sites. We currently conduct several of these simulcast auctions in various places.

The fee to conduct a simulcast auction is an agreed-upon percentage of the final bid on all animals offered for sale. There may be a minimum fee to cover travel and lodging expenses for the auctioneer and other personnel.

Webcast Auction:

This type of auction has become our most popular format in the past few years. Webcast auctions are live, with all bidding done online in a live auction scenario. The auction company takes pictures and videos of all lots offered for sale and creates an online catalog on the bidding platform. Successful buyers travel to the seller’s location to pick up the animals offered for sale.

 The fee to conduct a webcast auction is an agreed-upon percentage of the final bid for all animals offered for sale.

There may be a minimum fee to cover the travel and lodging expenses for the auctioneer and other personnel as needed.
