By registering to bid on QASBUY.com, you agree to all terms and conditions as outlined on the site and for each auction. Should you determine that you are not able to adhere to all the terms and conditions, DO NOT BID! Once you bid, you will be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

Buyer is responsible for knowing current import regulations into their receiving state before purchasing animals! 

 

Bidding will be US DOLLARS PER HEAD (X times the number of animals in the lot). All animals are to be paid for in guaranteed funds prior to load out. The payment method will be a wire transfer of funds to the seller, as noted in the auction listing. Payment in full from successful online bidders must be made within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction. Successful onsite bidders will pay at the conclusion of the auction. Successful bidders will be notified at the conclusion of the auction via email with payment instructions and an invoice. It is the buyer's responsibility to notify the auction company if the physical receiving address is different from your bidder registration address. This is to ensure that health paperwork is valid. All animals are to be paid for in guaranteed funds prior to load out. Buyer must provide bank receipt of a wire transfer or paid in full receipt prior to loadout.

 

Ownership and complete responsibility of the sold animals transfer to the buyer upon (1) payment by the buyer and (2) loading of animals on the buyer's trailer.

Bids may not be canceled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying bidders or fraudulent bidding will subject you to legal recourse and possible criminal charges, including any fraud and/or interstate commerce violations. You also acknowledge that the Internet may be an unreliable and error-prone network. Quality Auction Services, Inc. will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion. You agree to hold Quality Auction Services, Inc. and their employees harmless for any interruptions in online bidding. Further, the auctioneer has the sole discretion to accept or refuse any bid. Quality Auction Services, Inc. retains the right, at our sole discretion, to add, delete or change some or all, of our online services and the terms and conditions governing their online auctions at any time without notice. Quality Auction Services, Inc. further reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
