Should you determine that you cannot adhere to all the terms and conditions, DO NOT BID! Once you bid, you will be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

Bidding will be US DOLLARS PER HEAD, (X times the number of animals in the lot). Please see lot information for specific details. On-site buyers will pay in full after the auction. Successful online bidders will contact Greg at Central Livestock Sales in Albany, MN to make payment and loadout arrangements. Greg can be reached at (320) 845-2000. No animals will be removed until payment in full has been received.

Successful bidders will be notified after the auction via email with payment instructions and an invoice. The buyer must notify the Minnesota Bison Association if the physical receiving address is different from your bidder registration address. This is to ensure that health paperwork is valid. All animals are to be paid for in guaranteed funds before load out. Animals must be removed by 3 p.m. CST on Sunday, December 1, 2024. 

Ownership and complete responsibility of the sold animals transfer to the buyer when the auctioneer declares the animals sold on Saturday, November 30 during the auction.
